Types of Butterfly Valves
Butterfly valves are typically used to isolate or regulate the flow of water. There are three main types of butterfly valves: concentric, double eccentric, and triple eccentric. The concentric butterfly valve usually has a rubber seat with a metal disc.
A double eccentric, or high performance butterfly valve, can have a variety of materials for the seat and disc. A triple eccentric butterfly valve, also known as triple offset butterfly valve, can be made with either a laminated or solid metal seat design. The triple offset valve design are used solely in applications that require bi-directional shut-off, such as in oil and gas, chemical factories, and ship building.
Types Of Shower Enclosures

Waterjet Services

Using this technology, we can rapidly transform your ideas into completed projects. Cutting at room temperature, there’s no heat-affected zone, thermal stress, hardening, or annealing of material. We can achieve net or near-net shapes right off the machine. The process produces a smooth, satin-like finish with superior edge quality – no metal contamination, distortion, fraying, cracking, or delamination. The narrow kerf width enables close nesting of parts and raw material savings, and it’s easy to pierce starter holes.
Since different jobs don’t require different tooling, there’s no need for costly and time-consuming tool changes. Multiple-head cutting and material stacking reduces overall unit cost and increases productivity. No other tool cuts or machines a greater variety of materials.

Production Line Automation
Koss Industrial panels are UL Listed! We provide you with one main control panel (configurable & scalable) and a separate high voltage motor panel. Having a separate high voltage panel helps keep the PLC cool & promotes safety by reducing unnecessary exposure to the higher voltage.
We offer touch screen operation (push button available). Touch screen operation enables the inclusion of safety features in the programming. It makes operation easy. Touch screen operation is ideal for use in a production line as it is a ‘user friendly’ interface. Operators are able to easily navigate the production line and its individual machines. With an image of the machine accompanying its specific controls, precision is easier than ever.
We do programming! Controls can be programmed to offer multiple recipes steps, ensuring consistency by reducing human input. Utilize batch control; it organizes activities/functions specifically, ensuring consistency.
