Koss Industrial, Inc. manufactures stainless steel curd pails. These curd pails, also known as curd buckets, hold 3.5 gallons and are made out of sanitary stainless steel. The flat-sided curd pail, which is 12″ wide, can scoop from any flat bottom vessel. There is a side handle (on rounded side) and a carrying handle that provides added control when scooping and pouring. All the features make this curd pail a must-have tool in every-day occurrences, not just for the dairy industry needs.
