Extruders transfer cheese from cooker to molder, finishing the addition of grain structure, in pasta filata cheese-making.

The machines are available CIP-able (see Koss Industrial, Inc.’s CIP Systems) and are designed and fabricated to USDA & WDA Sanitary Standards. The interior body is Teflon coated, the exterior body bead blasted or polished. The machine is available with sanitary adjustable ball feet or casters for mobility, an electric or hydraulic drive option, as well as an optional cart for the extruder head.
