SRC Valves
What air-operated seat valve has both a sanitary & flexible design allowing a wide field of applications? Well, that would be the Sanitary Remote-Controlled Valve–the SRC Valve.
The SRC valve is remote-controlled by compressed air. This valve also has movable parts which makes the SRC Valve a very reliable valve. The SRC has several body combinations including, but not limited to, shut-off, cross, & divert.
The standard SRC valve consists of the actuator, lip seal, plug, and valve bodies. The valve has the welding ends as a standard feature.
Centrigual Pumps: The Basics
Some consider a centrifugal pump to be one of the most basic pieces of equipment. The main purpose of the centrifugal pump is to convert the energy of an electric motor or engine into velocity or kinetic energy, and in turn convert it into pressure of a fluid that is being pumped.
The energy conversion takes place in the two key component parts of the centrifugal pump, that is in the impeller and volute. The rotating component, which is the impeller, is responsible for converting the driver energy into kinetic energy, while the stationary component, the volute, is responsible for converting the kinetic energy into pressure.
“Y” – Diverter 4″ Valve
The “Y”-Diverter Valve is responsible for directing the end product from application A to B (C, D, and so on). This valve can be easily dismantled for inspection after CIP, this valve can also be easily hand-washed. This Y-Body Divert Valve is frequently used for production of cheese curds of all types due to the open design there is a low fracture to the product.
